Slightly elevated above its neighbors, Eden House boasts beautiful views of peaceful Marigot Bay to one side and the ocean to the other. Take a leisurely stroll down to your private beach, or walk a little further to palm-fringed Marigot Beach, and when adventure calls, more of the island’s beaches, shopping, and dining are all just minutes away by car.

A short path and steps take you down to your private beach, broad and sandy, complete with sun loungers and parasols and a circle of palm trees to provide shade when you want it. Venture down a few more steps to a sunbathing deck and direct access to the sea, for when the waters of the bay beckon you. Back up at the villa, days are spent lazing around the 42ft infinity pool with lounging pool deck, and there is an inviting terrace mostly covered by sail shades, where dining, relaxing and socializing occupy your time.

This multi-leveled luxury home was one of the first villas to be built on the island, and has been creatively re-imagined in a stunning contemporary design. Grays and soft color tones contrast with the darker flooring while splashes of vibrant red give a fun atmosphere inside. The large central living area is divided into a lounging zone with big, comfy sofas and a TV with bookshelves and desk area, while the other end of this open space features a generous dining table in front of the equally spacious luxury kitchen, all with easy access to the terrace and the views.

All three bedrooms are similarly sized. Bright and welcoming with a homely feel, they feature warm woods contrasting with a bright accent color in each room while the bathrooms have huge walk-in showers. Bedroom 1, on the main floor, has views of the gardens, and bedrooms 2 and 3, one floor above, provide amazing views and direct access to a private terrace, perfect as another space for sunbathing or relaxing with a good book.
